Designed for both the face and under eye area, skin perfection conceal offers buildable coverage that is super-emollient and water resistant. Light reflecting tint helps brighten under eye circles and dark spots on the face. Licorice Root Extract and Vitamin C work to reduce the appearance of age spots and discoloration.
